Great affordable meal - we had the meat sauce pasta and pizza with bacon, sausage and salami - very tasty. Owners were super nice. And the place is very clean and welcoming.

The best pizza I have ever had in my entire life!!!! The couple who run the restaurant are so lovely and welcoming, and as a foreigner I felt super comfortable. Pizza is very reasonably priced and so delicious. I highly recommend this place

This may sound weird because we are talking about an Italian restaurant, but if you think about Japan, the hospitality, the respect, the dedication, the service, this restaurant is literally the epitome of everything that makes Japan, Japan. In Matsumoto there are not many halal options, so my wife and I were searching for a place where we could have pasta with some fish or seafood, and a pizza with tuna, seafood, or just a plain Margherita pizza. From the moment we entered the shop we were immediately greeted by one of the nicest and sweetest ladies we have encountered. She guided us to a table and, without us asking, she immediately handed us a menu that had no meat, pork, or any kind of things we cannot eat, which was very sweet and considerate of her. The restaurant is run by only two people, a very lovely couple. The chef is the husband and the hostess is the wife. The chef also greeted us warmly when we entered and we ordered some pasta and pizza. Both the pizza and pasta were absolutely delicious and were made with a lot of passion and care. The restaurant itself was really cozy and had a nice warm vibe to it. Because the restaurant is run by the couple, they have limited opening times, so they usually open at 5 and close at 8, so be aware of that. I definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking Italian food or any kind of food that is different from Japanese food in Matsumoto.

Cozy restaurant vibes. Tasty food, sizable food for very decent prices. We had: Mushroom bacon pizza - perfect amount of toppings, the base was very tasty and crunchy thin crust. Eggplant Bolognese was really really good, super unique japanese flavour profile and a big serve. Baking adds a nice texture to the pasta. Bacon mushroom onion pasta set was massive serve all together. Salty, savoury and delicious. Very much recommend

Run by husband and wife and they are very sweet and welcoming. The pizza is lovely, if you like thin and crispy base. Vegetarian option is also available. We went there two days in a row!

It's a very cozy little restaurant. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. We had baked white sauce pasta and a pepperoni pizza, everything was delicious, and the food was quite affordable.

A cozy bistro offering very homey spaghetti and pizza dishes. It is located away from the bar area but close to a lot of the hotels. The proprietors are an elderly but very friendly couple. There is an English available. I visited after a monster bike ride up to Norikura and back from the town so was famished and the spaghetti really hit the spot.
